Shopping List Activity for Kids

Children-friendly educational game Shopping Lists and Food is meant to develop attention, logical thinking and vocabulary. The task is to buy food according to a shopping list.
Print preschool activity sheets and cut out game items: food pictures and cards with shopping lists. Then mix the cards and let a child choose one. At the beginning, ask a child to name all items from the chosen list, then to find them and put into shopping trolley.
At the game set there are blank sheets, where you can make your own shopping lists. For children who can read, you can make shopping lists written.

I printed, laminated and made into a folder game. I also added some numbers to the items to include a math element. Kids loved it and played really well. It helped them prepare for their own market.

This was a fun printable. I added numbers to each item 1-5 and let that be the price so there was a math involved as well as the food vocabulary in English.
