The Montessory Sensor Activity «Animals» is designed for toddlers to learn about animals and develop color perception, attention and fine motor skills. In the game, the child must name the animals on the cards and indicate the color of each animal.

Print out the educational toddler game, then cut out the cards and prepare clothespins to indicate the answers. Have your child pick a card and look at the picture. Ask your child to name the animal, bird, or insect and then indicate its color. The young student should choose the same color from the three choices at the bottom of the card and use a clothespin to indicate his or her answer.
