Bottle Color Sorting Game for Kids
The educational game Colored Bottles is designed to help young children easily learn the primary colors while developing logical thinking, visual perception, and fine motor skills. In this activity, children are challenged to sort objects by color.
Print out the game template, then cut out the cards with the colored objects from the right side of the sheet. The worksheets show large bottles with colored lids and several empty square spaces. Next to the bottles are small cards with images of various familiar objects, animals, fruits, and vegetables. You'll find a red crab and a strawberry, a yellow lemon and a paprika, a green frog and a caterpillar, and other objects in various colors. The set has four sheets, each with three colors. This allows you to change how difficult the activity is for your students.
- Have the child take one card at a time.
- Name the object shown. Say its color aloud.
- Find the corresponding spot on the appropriate bottle.
- Have them fill in all the empty cells.
