Logic and Attention Game: Draw the Dots
The Copy the Pattern worksheets are designed to help children develop their visual memory, concentration, and spatial thinking skills. On these worksheets, preschoolers are asked to draw dots as shown in the template.
Print these worksheets for children ages three and up, and have them use a marker to draw the dots. At the top of the page is a template featuring circles of different colors. Each circle is divided into four sectors and contains one black dot. Children should look at the game area, find the corresponding colored circle, and draw a dot in the same sector as in the template.
Completing this developmental task stimulates interhemispheric connections because children must analyze color (creative perception) and spatial arrangement (logical thinking) simultaneously. Additionally, drawing small dots improves fine motor skills and prepares the hand for writing by teaching children to control the pressure and precision of their pencil or marker movements.
