«Sink or float» worksheet will help preschool children develop logical thinking and expand their understanding of the world around them. Children will get acquainted with the properties of objects made of different materials such as plastic, rubber, wood, stone, glass and other.

In this activity, the child will learn about the properties of objects floating on the surface of water or sinking. Explain what this means, give examples, or conduct an experiment with a bowl of water. Print out the free educational game and let your preschooler carefully look at the cards with pictures of different objects. The child should then divide the cards into two groups: floating and sinking. The preschooler will be able to build on home experiences or use logical reasoning to solve the task.
