Winter Animals Shadow Matching Activity

The educational game Find the Shadow is based on matching colorful images of animals, such as foxes, rabbits, bears, and penguins, with their shadow silhouettes. This educational material helps children improve their visual analysis, attention to detail, and thinking skills.

To prepare the game, print the PDF and cut out the colored cards with New Year's animals on a separate page. Use the game board with 24 shadow silhouettes to arrange the colored illustrations. Shuffle the cut-out cards and ask the student to take them one by one and match each one to the appropriate cell with a shadow silhouette.

While coloring, children need to focus on the outline of the image and pay attention to details such as the tail, the shape of the ears, and whether the character is wearing a hat or scarf.
