Bilateral Integration Worksheet for Kids
The Bilateral Integration neurogame is designed to help preschoolers improve their attention, concentration, and information processing speed. The task involves pointing to a number and a color with the fingers of both hands simultaneously.
To prepare, print the left and right brain exercises and start training to develop interhemispheric interaction. At the top of the game sheet, there is a table containing cells, each of which has its own color and number. At the bottom, there are two squares, each with nine cells: one containing different colors and the other containing numbers from one to nine. Have your child look at the cells at the top one at a time and simultaneously point to the corresponding color and number at the bottom of the page with the fingers of their left and right hands. To make the task more difficult, you can add a time limit.
