Match the Circles: Visual Discrimination Activity

The «Match the Circles» worksheets are designed to help three- to four-year-olds develop visual perception and basic spatial awareness. In this activity, children find pairs of matching images and connect them with a line.

Print out the worksheet to help develop logic and attention skills, then start looking for matching circles. The circles are split in half, each containing a black dot. The dot may be located at the top, bottom, left, or right of the shape, and it may be on a gray or white background. Children must carefully examine each circle in the left column and find its exact match in the right column. This activity also helps children develop an understanding of spatial concepts and teaches them to compare details.
