Match the Dice Preschool Math Activity

The Match the Dice problem-solving activity is designed for children to learn to count up to 6, match the quantity with the number, and develop fine motor skills, logical thinking and attention. The task is to place 30 faces of dice on the game board according to the number of dots on the faces.

To start the game:

• Download and print the game template in PDF format;
• Choose one of the game sheets (with or without a background);
• Cut out the dice.

Then mix the cut-out pieces and invite your child to choose a dot card and match the number of dots to the numbers on the game sheet. The goal is to fill in all the cells with numbers, using the dot cubes.

Depending on the age of the child, you can change the rules of the counting activity. You can play in pairs or for time.
