The Wild Animals educational Velcro game is designed for toddlers to learn about animals, what they have in common, and recognize animals by their shape. The game helps children develop important skills like observation, logical thinking, and memory. The bright pictures make the game an interesting adventure that makes children want to learn more.

To play the game, follow these instructions:

  1. Prepare the materials. Download the animal worksheet and print it out. If you want, you can laminate the worksheets so you can use them again. We also suggest using Velcro to attach the elements to the game sheet.
  2. Cut out the animals. Older children can do this part on their own, which is good for improving fine motor and scissor skills.
  3. Examine the animal cards. Before playing, look at each animal with your child and name them together. Talk about animals that live in forests. What do they eat? What are their habits and features?
  4. Complete the task. Have your child find the right places for the animal cards by matching them with the gray silhouettes on the game sheet. Your child will need to look closely at the shapes of the animals' bodies and their small details.
