Count the Hearts: Numbers 1-10

These Count and Clip Cards are designed to help children learn to count from one to ten. Children are asked to count the number of hearts on each card and select the correct answer from the options provided at the bottom.

Print out the Valentine's Day worksheets and cut out the cards. The set includes six cards for practicing counting to five and six cards for practicing counting to ten. Each card has a different number of colorful hearts. Have your child count the hearts and select the correct answer from the options at the bottom of the card.

Using clothespins to mark the correct answer will further develop fine motor skills and finger coordination. Alternatively, the child can circle the correct number with a marker. These toddler math worksheets could be used for Valentine's Day-themed activities.
