The Kitchen Utensils educational game is designed for children ages 3 and up to develop fine motor skills, attention, and vocabulary. While playing, children also learn to group objects by a common characteristic. The goal of the game is to sort the cards into groups by color.
Print out the color sorting activity sheets and cut out the kitchen utensil cards. Place all the game sheets in front of your child and ask him/her to find and place the cards according to the color of the cupboard. As you pick each card, say what is in the picture and what color it is.
