In the educational game «My Battery,» children learn to classify different daily activities according to how much energy they use. The educational materials will help children develop self-regulation skills and build a healthy daily routine.

To prepare for the preschool health activity, print out the worksheets and cut out the cards on separate pages. There are three groups for sorting and three game sheets for placing the cards.

  1. Green group. Activities that require a lot of energy, such as active games or sports.
  2. Yellow group. Everyday activities that require less energy. For example, modeling clay, washing dishes, or watering flowers.
  3. Blue group. Calming activities to relax and get ready for bed. This group contains cards with illustrations of listening to music, hugging a favorite toy, or looking at the window.

The bright pictures make the learning process interesting and understandable for toddlers. This educational game with Velcro can be used to talk about questions like «Why shouldn't you run before going to bed?» or «What should you do when you feel tired?», etc.
