Cactus Color Match File Folder Activity

Cactus is a file folder game for preschoolers to learn colors and develop logic and fine motor skills. The task is to match the colors of the cacti and pots to complete the game sheet.

Print out the Velcro game template and cut out the cacti on a separate page. The young student can learn 18 different colors in this game. We recommend laminating the game sheet with the pots and the cactus cards and attaching the Velcro to each game card.

Shuffle and turn over all the colored cactus cards and ask your child to pick one. The child's task is to name the color and find a pot of the same color to match the cactus. Put the matching pieces together and arrange all the cards on the game board.
