Color Buttons Pattern Matching Activity

To prepare the color-matching, sequencing activity for toddlers, print the worksheets and cut out the buttons and color pattern cards. For convenience, we recommend laminating the game items.

Place the game pieces on the table. Point out to your child that the number of empty buttonholes on the shirt corresponds to the number of buttons on the pattern card. The task is to repeat the color sequence on the pattern card by choosing buttons in the corresponding colors and placing them on the shirt. Then, remove the buttons from the game sheet and take the next pattern card.
