Summer Shadow Match Printable Game

These printable summer activity worksheets feature inflatable rings and help children ages two to four develop visual perception, attention, and spatial thinking. This educational activity is designed to strengthen the key cognitive skill of analyzing the appearance of complex objects.

Print out these worksheets and have your child use a pencil to connect the matching pairs. First, have your child carefully examine the colorful image on the left and identify its features. For example, does it have wings, a head, or a tail? Then, have your child find the corresponding silhouette on the right and connect them by drawing a line from one gray dot to another.

To improve fine motor skills, print two copies of the worksheets, cut out the colored images and have your child place them on the corresponding gray silhouette.
