The Christmas Counting cards are designed for preschoolers to practice counting up to 10 with children ages 3 and up. The task is to count the number of items on the cards and choose an answer from the options provided.

Print out the math activity sheets and cut out the cards. Prepare a set of clothespins that will be used to indicate the answer.

Ask your child to pick one of the cards and count the number of items on it. Then have your child say the answer aloud and find that number on the bottom of the card. Finally, have your child use a clothespin to indicate the answer or circle the number with a pencil.
