Leaves Shadow Matching Worksheets

Educational autumn matching game is useful to develop attention and logical thinking and memory of toddlers and preschoolers. The task is to place the autumn leaves in the cells in accordance with the silhouette of their shadows.

To begin, print out the match shadow worksheets and cut out all the elements on the pages: a large circle and small round cards with colored leaves. Depending on the age of your child, you can mix 5, 10 or 15 cards to make the task more difficult.

Then ask your child to look carefully at the silhouettes of the fall leaves and to take cards one after another, searching for the matching cell for it. You can use Velcro, magnets, or clothespins to attach the pieces to the circle.
