Pencil Color Match Activity

The printable color matching game helps preschoolers learn colors, train attention and logical thinking. The objective is to arrange the cards on the table according to the color of the column and row.

Print out the game template and cut out the pencil cards. We recommend using a laminator and Velcro.

Turn all the cards over and shuffle them. Then ask the student to pick a card, look at the colors of the two pencils, and choose the appropriate cell at the intersection of the two colors (column and row).

The game also contributes to better memorization of color names and first experience with tables. Thanks to different combinations and a wide range of colors, the child learns to distinguish shades, which is an important part of sensory development.
