There are several ways to play up to age of a child:
- for children about 3 years old, the task is to make a body position according to a sample from the card. Do the task together;
- for children about 5 years old, you can add memory training: let a child have a look at the card 5 seconds, then put the card away and ask a child to make a body position according to the card's sample;
- for a group training, set chairs circle-wise, fix cards on the chairs and put some music on. When you put music off, children should make a body position according to the nearest card. Repeat the action many times.
