Butterfly Color Puzzle Activity for Kids

The educational game Butterfly is designed to help children improve their fine motor skills, memory, and attention. It also helps them learn to distinguish between basic colors. The task is to arrange the butterflies on the game board according to a 12-color pattern.

Print out the spatial reasoning activity sheets for children aged two and up, then cut out all the game elements: 12 colored butterflies and three color pattern cards. Draw your child's attention to the game sheet with the 12 butterfly cells that correspond to the colors on the pattern card. They must look carefully at the pattern card and match the colored squares with the cells on the game board to find the right place for each butterfly. There are several ways to complete the task.

1. One way is to look at the pattern card and match the butterflies one by one, starting with the first cell.
2. Or, shuffle the butterflies, choose one, and find a cell for it by matching its color to the pattern card.
