The Christmas matching worksheets are designed for kids to develop their visual memory, attention, and shape recognition. The child's task is to look closely at the detailed pictures of winter holiday items (a Christmas tree, Santa Claus, a wreath, a stocking, or a reindeer) and find their shadows.
Print out a set of worksheets for New Year's activities with children aged three and up. Have them use a marker to connect the matching pairs. Each worksheet has black-and-white outline images on the left and shadow silhouettes on the right. The child needs to match the objects by shape and connect five pairs of images on one sheet. After matching the pairs, have your student color the New Year's items on the left side of the sheet.
